Leading the performance-driven team at BlueLine Logistics is owner Edgardo A. Colón, a Bethlehem native with a proud history of community service through his 30-plus years of experience in the law enforcement profession.

Following four years of military service with the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Colón graduated from the Pennsylvania State Police Academy in 1991, and embarked upon 21-years of service as a Pennsylvania State Police trooper and supervisory leader. His diverse title responsibilities during that span included Criminal Investigator, Crime Unit Supervisor, Patrol Supervisor and Station Commander at multiple appointed posts throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

Based upon his record of performance and integrity, Lieutenant Colón was recruited and appointed in 2011 as the first Police Chief for the newly-founded Police Department of Upper Macungie Township--one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Pennsylvania. Under his formative leadership, the UMTPD has grown in both scope and service proficiency, earning award-winning recognition for its officers, innovative programs and community.

In May, 2020, Chief Colón announced his retirement from law enforcement to pursue a lifelong dream of owning and operating his own family business, uniquely structured with the hands-on skills, determination and discipline that defined decades of success in his military and law enforcement careers.
